This page provides information and explanations for using the recipes on this website. All of my recipes on this website have been developed and presented to the best of my expertise and knowledge. The degree of making them varies from very easy to moderately difficult depending on your skill set and experience. Like all food preparation, variables such as size of a fruit or vegetable, type of sweetener used, kitchen appliance capabilities, omissions, additions, substitutions, accuracy of measured ingredients, etc. can all affect the outcome of a recipe. Time, Space, and Money Savers
Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your healthy kitchen. This list is periodically updated so please check back often! ** Prepare your favorite group of dried and fresh seasonings/herbs in advance. Sunshine Nutrient Smoothie
There are times when I get a bit too comfortable in my healthy skin and start taking it for granted. Savoring My Plants Cooked Polenta Feast
“Feast” means something that gives unusual or abundant enjoyment I literally threw this meal together one day just before dinner with no plan whatsoever. We had a guest that day and time had just gotten away from me. Before I knew it, dinnertime was fast approaching and hunger filled the air. I needed to come up with something quick. I opened up the fridge, got out a few items on the shelves and starting chopping, blending and cooking my way into this warm and radiant bowl of goodness. When I presented these impromptu bowls to hubby and guest, I saw faces with expressions of gratitude and delight. As we enjoyed […]
